REPAIRS

For Jouer by Simone products that require repairs outside of the warranty period, we will provide repair services at a charge which will be determined on a case-to-case basis. Shipment for repairs will be borne by customer.

ALTERATION & RE-SIZING

Jouer is pleased to offer complimentary one-time ring resizing within 7 days after delivery. Please contact us for more information on sizes, repairs and alteration.
