Shipping & Exchanges

SHIPPING

 

All pieces are made-to-order. Please allow up to 20 working days* for us to create your jewellery.

 

*Working days are Mondays to Fridays

 

International Delivery : Complimentary

International shipping is free for all countries. Any taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Sincerely Simone is not associated with these fees.

 

Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped via insured shipping methods and require a signature upon delivery.

 

Multiple Addresses

We are only able to ship to one address per order.

 

P.O. Boxes

All orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

 

 

EXCHANGES

 

Changed your mind on your purchase? No problem! Enjoy a one-time exchange of your jewellery within 7 days from delivered date.

 

Only valid for exchange to items of the same value or higher. Difference in value is non-refundable.

 

Bespoke and engraved items are non-exchangeable.

 

Item will be eligible for exchange only if it is in their original purchase condition (undamaged and in new and unused condition). Any item with signs of wear or any work done on item by any other jeweller other than Sincerely Simone will not be accepted.

 

Make an appointment with us to drop off the item to enjoy a free exchange, otherwise you will be required to bear charges for return shipping and insurance fees. Items for exchange must reach us within 7 calendar days from delivered date.

 

In case of manufacturing defects, we will offer an exchange or repair within the warranty period of 30 days from date of delivery. In this case, return shipping costs will be borne by Sincerely Simone.

 

Upon receipt of the defective item, we will assess the piece to make a new piece or repair and ship it back to you free of charge.

 

Manufacturing defects do not include damages caused by wear and tear or mishandling by anyone other than Sincerely Simone.

 

Exchange requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Sincerely Simone.
